CALL FOR FACILITATORS applications due by March 24th
The Deep Play Institute (DPI) will be starting a program called GROUP, where 8-12 participants will meet weekly to engage in deep play practices and relational experimentation. DPI is seeking 8 facilitators, each of whom will lead a 1-hour session with the group. The group will showcase a wide diversity of therapeutic, creative, transformative, and radical play practices. Some examples include (but are not limited to): gestalt therapy, process work, psychodrama, internal family systems therapy, group relations, psychoanalysis, embodied healing, meditation, family constellations, community of philosophical inquiry, socratic dialogue, authentic relating, nonviolent communication, circling, coaching, clowning, performance art, dance, sounding, somatics, social art practices, experimental theatre, surrealism, situationists, relational poetics, fluxus, pataphysics, magic, games, multidisciplinary arts. Pay is $100 USD for a 1-hour session. Artists, coaches, therapists, dancers, healers, and facilitators of diverse backgrounds are all encouraged to apply. All sessions will be held virtually over zoom. Applicants should have experience working with groups within their indicated practice. Applicants will be selected based on skill, diversity, potential for relational connection, potential for transformative play. Applications are due by March 24th.
